It may not surprise you that freelancers, especially those with specialized skills working remotely, generally report higher job satisfaction than non-freelancers. 

They are more content with their overall job experience, day-to-day tasks, and work-life balance, which suggests that freelancing offers a more fulfilling work environment for many people.

A 4-5 star rating is good and shows the pluses and minuses that have been experienced and noted.
