Good morning, —

Let me describe a pattern I see all the time.

You start the day feeling fine.

Maybe even sharp.

But by mid-afternoon…

your focus drops
your energy fades
and it becomes harder to concentrate

Then later in the evening, you feel a second wind.

If that sounds familiar, it’s usually not random.

One of the most common causes is something Dr. Jay Rao calls:

blood sugar variability

This doesn’t mean diabetes.

It simply means your energy supply isn’t stable.

For example:

• coffee without protein in the morning
• long gaps between meals
• meals that spike energy… then drop it

When that happens, your brain feels it first.

Because your brain depends on a steady supply of fuel, even small swings can show up as:

• brain fog
• irritability
• reduced mental endurance

The key isn’t elimination or restriction.

It’s stabilization.

That’s one of the three “hidden energy leaks” Dr. Rao will walk through in our upcoming session:

The 3 Hidden Energy Leaks That Reduce Focus After 50
…and how you can avoid them.

He’ll explain this clearly — and more importantly, show you how small adjustments can make a noticeable difference.

We’ll be live on Thursday, March 26.

If you’ve ever wondered why your energy feels inconsistent, this will give you some useful insight.

Best,

Winton
